Cant’ get a refund and cant’ edit in word

I didn’t mean to buy a subscription and try to get a refund 2 times but it rejected me. So now since I can’t get it so I try to use it but it won’t let me edit or anything, even though it said I still have my subscription but I can’t use it. I have word on my iPad. So what do I have to do? I want either money back or able to edit in word

Did you successfully cancel the subscription (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription)? Was it ordered via the App Store or directly from Microsoft?
