Onedrive File access denied

Hello Microsoft Support,

My OneDrive files have become inaccessible after reinstalling the OneDrive Android app. The same issue occurs on the OneDrive website, including Incognito mode.

My Microsoft account shows 25.2 GB of OneDrive storage usage, but I cannot access any files or folders.

Error: "Unknown render failure. Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation."

Please investigate the authorization issue and help restore access to my existing files. I do not have a local backup.
