Hi,

I have Azure student account, i verify through github and i have proof that it is an Azure student account and not the Azure student starter. But when go to software, i need Visio professional for my class, its not their since i only see 30 items, we are supposed to see 74 items and i dont. How can i get to see the 74 items so i can download Visio?

Open the Azure Education Hub’s Software page while signed in with the exact account associated with your active Azure for Students subscription; Visio Professional is listed as an included Azure for Students product.^1^

    Download Visio Professional

    1. Sign out of other Microsoft accounts or use a private/incognito browser window.
    2. Open the Azure Education Hub → Software page: Azure Education Hub
    3. Sign in using the account associated with the Azure for Students subscription—not another personal, school, or GitHub-linked Microsoft account.
    4. In Software, search for Visio Professional.
    5. Select the result to open its details pane, check compatibility, and select Download. These are Microsoft’s documented download steps.^2^

The documented requirement is a current and active Azure for Students subscription. Microsoft does not document “74 items” as a required catalog count, so the number displayed should not be used by itself to determine the account type or entitlement.^3^

    If Visio is still missing

Because your subscription is already verified as Azure for Students, do not repeat GitHub verification. Instead:

    1. In the Azure portal, switch directories/accounts from the profile menu and reopen the Education Hub with the identity that owns the Azure for Students subscription.
    2. Confirm that the subscription is Active, because software downloads require a current, active subscription.^2^
    3. If Visio remains absent, use the Microsoft student support page. Microsoft directs students who cannot access their Education Hub benefits to that support route.^4^
    4. Include screenshots of:
      • Education Hub → Software, showing the incomplete catalog.
      • The subscription page showing Azure for Students and Active.
      • The signed-in account identity, with personal information obscured.
      • A note that Visio Professional is missing although it is listed as included.

If the subscription itself shows Disabled, use Azure Support instead; expiration or accidental cancellation requires subscription reactivation or an upgrade, depending on its state.^5^
