    Hello

Unfortunately the move from iPhone to Android is the important part here.

Microsoft states that Authenticator backups can only be restored to the same device type, so a backup created on iOS cannot be restored to an Android device. Simply signing into Authenticator with the same Microsoft account therefore won’t restore the iPhone backup on the new Android phone.

Microsoft explains the backup limitation here:

Back up your accounts in Microsoft Authenticator

You’ll need to add the accounts to Authenticator again on the Android phone. Microsoft provides instructions for adding Microsoft personal, work/school and third-party accounts here:

How to add your accounts to Microsoft Authenticator

Microsoft also has a separate recovery guide here:

Restore account credentials from Microsoft Authenticator

If you’re unable to access an account to set Authenticator up again, you’ll need to use the recovery options provided by that particular account or service.

    Hope this helps.
