Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
To be able to assist you better, please clarify the following:
Does the working headphone connect to the PC via a standard audio connector (jack) or a USB connector, or is it connected via Bluetooth?
This is important to determine whether it uses the same "path" as the speaker or a different one, helping to isolate the source of the problem.
Without the headphones connected, take and share a screenshot of the "Playback" tab of the sound options.
- Press "Windows + R", type
mmsys.cpland press Enter; - Select the "Playback" tab and take a screenshot.
Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
Also, share a screenshot of your system information.
(You've already shared your device model, which is helpful. However, the system information provides a broader view of your computer's configuration.)
- Press "Windows + R", type
msinfo32and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
Looking forward to your reply.
