Open the old Control Panel (not the new Settings App).

Set View at the top to Large Icons.

Open Open the Date and Time applet.

    Select the 'Additional Clocks' tab.

On that tab, you can add extra extra clocks to the Calendar panel in Windows 11.

In Windows 11, the built-in way to show other time zones with the taskbar clock is to add additional clocks.

    1. Open Control Panel.
    2. Set View by to Large icons.
    3. Select Date and Time.
    4. Open the Additional Clocks tab.
    5. Check Show this clock for each extra clock to add.
    6. Select the required time zone and enter a display name.
    7. Select OK.

After saving, clicking or hovering over the date/time area on the taskbar shows the extra clocks along with the local time.

If only comparing times is needed, the Clock app also supports this:

    1. Open Start and launch Clock.
    2. Select World clock.
    3. Select Add a new city.
    4. Add the required locations.
    5. Use Compare to compare times.
