I have an Microsoft 365 account but unable to activate Excel

I am receiving Error Code: 0x0. Have been trying for a week but getting nowhere.

What is your macOS version?
Is your office product purchased from Microsoft or from Apple?
Does this only happen to Excel, what about Word? Can you get the Excel app version as well? Thanks!
