    Hi, @Robert Allyson

If you haven't tried anything yet, first try disconnecting the keyboard, restarting the PC, and reconnecting it to a different USB port.

Then open "Device Manager" > expand "Keyboards" and "Human Interface Devices". If you see the keyboard with a warning icon, right-click it > "Uninstall device", then restart Windows. Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.

If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Is the keyboard USB, Bluetooth, or wireless with a USB receiver?
    2. What exact error message or error code do you see for the driver in Device Manager?
    3. Does the keyboard work on another computer?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
