    Hi @Artur

"We couldn't complete your sign-up" is a generic message, so the cause isn't shown, but in most cases it comes from the account details or the card check. These are the things Microsoft's sign-up troubleshooting guide says to line up before trying again:

    1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com, open Your info, and make sure your name, billing address and country are complete. The country must match the one you pick on the "About you" step.
    2. Use a regular debit or credit card. Virtual and prepaid cards aren't accepted, and the billing address has to match what your bank has on file.
    3. Retry in a fresh InPrivate or Incognito window with third-party cookies allowed, or in a different browser.
    4. If it still fails, keep the session ID and correlation ID you already have. Billing and subscription support is free, so you can ask them to look up that exact attempt.

Please don't share card numbers or bank details here, only in a private support request.

At which step does the error appear: About you, phone verification, or card verification?

If this resolved your issue, please consider accepting it as the answer. If the sign-up still fails, let me know and I'll be happy to keep helping.
