    Hello,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Community.

    Good afternoon. Does the audio work properly in other applications, such as when watching videos on YouTube? If so, it might be a permissions issue; please follow these steps:

    1. Press Win+i -> Privacy & security -> Camera

    2. Enable all permissions to allow apps to access the camera

    Restart your computer and let us know the result.

    Try these Windows checks first:

    1. Open Start and search for Sound settings.
    2. Under System > Sound, in Choose where to play sound, make sure the correct speaker or headphones are selected.
    3. Next to Volume, make sure the speaker is not muted.
    4. If the device is not listed, select Add device and pair or connect it.
    5. If the speaker or headset is wireless, make sure it is charged and connected.
    6. If it is wired, unplug it and plug it back in.

    If the sound still does not work:

    1. In Settings > System > Sound, scroll to Advanced.
    2. Run the sound troubleshooter from Output devices or All sound devices under Troubleshoot common sound problems.
    3. Open the Sound Control Panel and check that at least one speaker or headphone device is enabled.
    4. If using a USB hub, connect the audio device directly to the PC instead.

    If Zoom is open, also verify Zoom is using the correct output device in its own audio settings.
