So my problem is that the bluetooth quick setting has vanished and it locks my bluetooth off and I do not know how to turn it on, I have tried looking at youtube for help but none of them worked unfortunately. Earlier today the bluetooth worked no problem, so I am not entirely sure what to do to fix this problem

    Hello,

Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Community.

Good afternoon. If you have a laptop, check if the Bluetooth toggle is turned off; it is usually activated by pressing a key combination like Fn + F (F1 through F12, looking for an antenna or Bluetooth icon).*

If it is enabled, press Win + I -> System -> Troubleshoot -> Other troubleshooters -> Bluetooth.

Follow the on-screen prompts, restart your computer, and let us know the result.

    Hi,

Go to the Start menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter.

See if that fixes the issue. If not...

If it doesn't work, please go to Device Manager, take a screenshot, and post it here.

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks.
