When I opened my MSN weather app a couple of days ago I found that the main 'Forecast' page had a new look and that the pages for 'Monthly Forecast', 'Pollen', 'Life' and 'Historical weather' are showing no information at all. The relevant information on these pages flashes up for a split second and then disappears leaving just the background. This also happened a month or so ago but on that occasion everything was fine when I opened the weather app the next day. On this occassion it hasn't returned to it's previous version. Hi,
Looks like a connection issue. But since you've experienced this issue before, have you tried resetting the app to see if it fixes the problem? Open the taskbar search, enter Weather, right-click then select App settings. Scroll down and click on Terminate then Repair. If repair doesn't work, click on Reset to see if it helps.
Many thanks Paolo. The Terminate and Repair options didn't work but the Reset solved the issue. 👍
