    Dear Jenni,

Outlook doesn't have a built-in way to send meeting details as a text message. Older versions could send texts, but that feature was retired, so Outlook now sends meeting information by email only. Here's an easy workaround:

    1. Open the meeting in Outlook.
    2. Copy the details you want to share, such as the title, date, time, location and Teams link.
    3. Paste the information into your phone’s Messages app and send it to the recipient.

If you use a Windows PC, you can also send the text without picking up your phone. Link your phone to the Phone Link app, open Messages, start a new message to the contact, and paste the details there. For setup steps, see Send and receive text messages from your PC.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.
