Phone link Bluetooth Connection problem Windows 10 [Redmi Note 11S 5G]

I've done everything from the Microsoft support and nothing still happened.

The app in PC and mobile is telling my to manually connect them via Bluetooth but the app still cant connect to my phone even though the connection is already established.
and it's also one of the tasks for me to do to use the full setup according in the app.

    • Are you signed in to the same Microsoft account in both Phone Link on the PC and Link to Windows on the phone?
    • Does the problem occur during the initial pairing process, or does it fail when enabling features such as calls, notifications, or messages?
    • Have you already tried removing the phone from both devices and pairing it again from scratch?

    • On your Android phone, open Settings > Apps > Link to Windows > Battery and set it to Unrestricted
