How to restore subscription and credits back

We recently activated Microsoft for Startups Azure credits and are currently migrating our application, SenseGrid Resolve, from our private cloud environment to Microsoft Azure.

While updating Azure permissions, I removed and attempted to re-add access permissions to the subscription. During this process, I unintentionally lost access to the Azure subscription. Unfortunately, I was the only administrator/user with access, so we are currently unable to manage the subscription or the associated resources.

The relevant details are below:

Support Request ID: 2609230030002214

Tenant ID: [REDACTED]

Subscription ID: [REDACTED]

User ID: [******@sensegridai.com]

Resource Group: SenseGridResolve

Company: SenseGrid AI Systems Pvt. Ltd.

I would greatly appreciate it if this case could be escalated to the appropriate Azure Subscription access recovery team and assigned to an engineer who can help us restore administrative access as soon as possible.
