USB. It no longer says offline but it now says error.

Hii,

If possible, disconnect the USB cable from the printer.

Access the start menu > settings > bluetooth & Devices > Printers and Scanner > Select the HP 1020 printer > remove devices.

After removing it, you will download the driver from the link below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-laserjet-1020-printer-series/439423

You run as administrator and follow the procedure that will appear and install the driver again.
