    Hi Essie,

If you get such pop up upon starting Windows this is likely coming from an "old" program installed on your PC that requires .Net Framework 2.0. So 2 ways to proceed:

    1. Find which of your installed programs requires .Net 2.0 then uninstall it or upgrade it - if a new version is available and is no longer based on .Net 2.x or 3.0 but .Net 4.x
    2. Activate .Net 3.5 (Includes .Net 2.0 & 3.0) - to do this:
    • [Win] + X
    • Control Panel
    • Programs / Programs and Features
    • Click Turn Windows features on or off - on the left side of the screen
    • Check the box that says .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)- Click OK

    That should do it...

    Hope this helps

    Cheers

    Lz.
