Azure for Students access denied – Unable to validate student account

Hello Microsoft Support Community,

I am a full-time college student from India trying to activate the Azure for Students subscription for educational purposes and cloud computing projects.

However, when I try to access Azure for Students, I receive the following error:

"You do not have access. Sorry but our systems are detecting a problem with your account and are unable to validate your access."

My situation:

• I am 18+ years old.

I am currently enrolled as a full-time college student.

I use a personal Microsoft account.

My college does not provide institutional email addresses.

I have a valid college ID card and current semester fee receipt.

I would like to know:

Is there an alternative way to verify my student status without a college email address?

Can I submit my college ID card or enrollment documents for manual verification?

How can I resolve the account validation error?

Is there an alternative process to activate Azure for Students in India?
