How to download the score card after my Azure exam

Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam, then open Credentials → Certifications → Past exams to access and download the score report.

Download the score report

For an exam delivered through Pearson VUE:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile.
2. Select your profile picture, then Credentials → Certifications.
3. Scroll to Past exams.
4. Find the Azure exam completed on November 5.
5. Select View details on provider site.
6. On the Pearson VUE dashboard, locate the exam and select View under View Score Reports.
7. Download or print the displayed score report.

Microsoft documents this route for both passed and failed Pearson VUE exams. Score reports show the overall score, pass/fail status, and performance by skill area.^1^

If the exam or report is missing

Most exam results appear in the Learn profile within 24 hours. Beta-exam results can take longer because they are not released until the beta process is complete.^1^

Because November 5 is already beyond the normal processing period:

• Check that the signed-in Microsoft account is the same account used when scheduling the exam.
• If the exam still does not appear under Past exams, submit a request to Microsoft Credentials Support.
• Select:
  • Product family: Learning
  • Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials
  • Type of Support: Professional No Charge
  • Contact method: Email
• Include the exam name, exam date, Learn username, and screenshots showing that the exam or score report is missing. Credentials Support handles other Microsoft Certification issues through an email support case.^2^

If the exam was delivered by Certiport rather than Pearson VUE, score reports are also available online, but access is through the Learn profile or Certiport dashboard.^1^
