Hello, first time poster!
I'm coming to you all to find out something. I signed up for a Azure Free trial on my personal Microsoft account. I later decided I was going to get a Business Premium and P2 add on license so I could dive into my own environment to learn more practicing for the AZ - 104 and other exams. Once I got my tenant setup I deleted my Azure Trial from my personal account thinking I would get it on my new Learning account, but I'm finding I already have an Azure subscription but it's not the trial and it has no credits. I was instructed by AI to submit a help ticket with them to see as it believes that even though I had it on my personal account and my learn account is completely separate that I cannot get a trail on my learn account as it somehow knows I'm the same person, i.e phone number etc.. Is there anyway around this, if it's accurate?
