Support Live Contact for Office 365

For Microsoft 365 for business, live support is available from the Microsoft 365 admin center:

1. Go to the admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft.
2. Select Help & support at the bottom right.
3. Enter the issue in the Support Assistant box.
4. If the suggested results do not help, select the Contact Support icon.
5. Choose phone or email, confirm the contact details, and submit Contact me.

Important details:

• Access to business support requires at least one subscription bought directly through Microsoft.
• If all subscriptions were bought through a partner, support must be requested through that partner.
• If access to the admin center is blocked with a permissions message, an admin account is required.
• If the admin is unknown, contact the internal help desk, school technical support, business owner, or the person who provided the Microsoft 365 account.
