    Hi Marielle Paquet,

Thanks for sharing the details. Since wsreset.exe gives the message “You’ll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link,” I’d like to clarify a few things first.

Where exactly do error codes 15, 22 and 1001 appear, and what is the full message shown with each one? When you say you cannot access your email, internet or games, do the apps fail to open or do they open but cannot connect? Did this begin after an update or another recent change?

Please press Windows key + R, type winver and press Enter. Share the Windows version and OS build shown in the window.

Please also check Settings > Apps > Installed apps for the Store app. If it is listed, open Advanced options and try Repair. If that doesn’t help, try Reset. Then check Settings > Windows Update for available updates and restart the computer.

These details and results should help narrow down whether the problem is limited to the Store or is affecting several Windows components.
