Unfortunately, several years ago Microsoft blocked using Windows 7/8 product key for Windows 10/11 activation.
Do you have a system backup made before reset?
Did you try the option "hardware was changed"?

A couple months ago I factored reset my Windows and ever since it won't activate using the digital license.
My computer shows up on 'devices' in my microsoft account web page as 'Will-PC B550M AORUS ELITE', but the windows activation troubleshoot says it wasn't able to find any devices synced to my microsoft account even though it shows up on the web page.
Error Code: 0xC004F213

How exactly did you purchase a license and what is its exact name?

2026-11-04T23:16:46.6133333+00:00 I have lost the product key years ago, I have this computer for at least 10 years. It never bothered me since it said that it was a digital license linked to my microsoft account. The name of the PC is 'Will-PC'.
The product key wasn't originally for Windows 11, I think it was Windows 7 and when I updated to 10 it turned into a 'digital license'
