Can't review Azure invoices account is not found

Microsoft keeps sending Emails to reply. I did reply three different times. The case keep being close due to no reply. Whe I call the Azure help line I get redirect to aka.ms\proSupport link and we star all over again.

Are you able to sign into the Cost management & Billing blade: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_GTM/ModernBillingMenuBlade?

What account did you use to create the service?

When you tried contacting support, how did you create the support request?

What service are you being billed for?

No i can't it is showing the email of the person who stole my account. This is what i have been trying to recover.

Please can you tell me if this is a personal Microsoft account that has been hacked or your tenant has been taken over?

In terms of the tenant, please can you tell me if you have tried phoning support and reaching out to Microsoft's data protection team?

My personal email has been stollen. The info in Azure has not been compromised. That is what I concerned about. Yes I have contacted the Azure help line and Ai answers directs me to a website. I have neve spoken to a human.

In terms of the Microsoft personal account, please can you go through the recovery process by starting off with the sign-in helper here: https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper

This should detect any problems with your personal Microsoft account and offer you with a form that you can complete for Microsoft account takeovers. You will need an alternative account for this.

With regards to the loss of access to the tenant. Please can you phone Microsoft business support using the phone number for your region here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/support/index#tabpanel_1_work-account

Once you are on the phone, you will be greeted by an automated bot that will try and ask for more information before directing you to the appropriate person. I find the easiest way to get through this bot is by answering clearly and with short sentences (Like you are speaking to a young child).

It will ask you about the problem you are having. Please answer "Lost access to the global administrator account".

It will then ask you about the product you are using. Please answer "Microsoft Azure" (I had to pronounce this Microsoft A Sure for it to understand me with my Yorkshire accent). If this is a problem, you can say "Microsoft 365 business"

The rest should be yes or no answers (from what I can remember). It should direct you through to someone who can help you with access and the situation you are facing.

Thank you for the response when I tried to use sign in helper the AKA it says my account is blocked. I tried to submit valid information of my Microsoft account. And nothing has happened when I call anything to do with Azure I get AI Voice who just sends me over to the same Website that tells me to try to recover my account which it says I'm blocked. This is a business account I pay monthly for this service I cannot believe how inadequate Microsoft is recovering an account that was stolen my credit card was stolen this would be handled by any competent credit card company but Microsoft doesn't seem to care. You are actually one person who responds in a sensible manner i'm hoping you have an answer to this or if you can forward this since my account is already blocked.
