Indexed pages ("Indexed successfully") not served in Bing, even for url: queries – k-utbildning.se
Hi,
https://k-utbildning(.)se (verified in Bing Webmaster Tools) has several product pages that are shown as "Indexed successfully – URL can appear on Bing" in URL Inspection, but Bing never serves them, not even for a url: query. Other pages on the same domain and template are served normally.
I've opened two support requests (REQ00375661 and REQ00375684), but both got the same automated reply within a minute saying the site is served, and replies to the ticket email bounce ([email protected]: 550 5.4.1 Access denied). I'm posting here in the hope that someone from the Bing team can take a look.
**
url: query results (the test suggested by the support auto-reply)**
| URL | Organic result |
|---|---|
| k-utbildning(.)se/products/truckrep | Yes, the page is shown |
| k-utbildning(.)se/products/adr13 | No results |
| k-utbildning(.)se/products/sarskild | No results |
| k-utbildning(.)se/products/asbest | Only ads, no organic result |
All four pages use the same template.

What I have verified**
- URL Inspection: "Indexed successfully". The pages were crawled within the last few days, crawling and indexing are allowed, and the page fetch is successful.
- Indexed HTML ("View Indexed page"): it contains the full page text and a self-referencing canonical, with no noindex, nosnippet or noarchive.
- Exact-phrase search: "framgår det i kapitel 1.3 att följande kompetenser" appears in Bing's indexed HTML of /products/adr13, but the search returns only our older blog post k-utbildning(.)se/blog/33-ny-utbildning-adr-1-3, never the product page. A phrase from /products/truckrep returns that page as #1.
- site:k-utbildning(.)se/products returns 4 results out of about 37 product URLs crawled with HTTP 200.
- Search Performance (12 months): /products/asbest has 1 impression and /products/adr13 has none. In Google, the same pages have tens of thousands of impressions.
- Content: each page has 1,100–1,400 words, about 70% of it unique to the page. The pages that are not served have slightly more unique text than the ones that are.
- URL parameters: msclkid and utm variants already resolve to the main URL in URL Inspection.
- Backlinks and internal links do not differ between pages that are served and pages that are not.
- I have requested reindexing of the affected URLs via URL Inspection.
Questions
- Why are these URLs not served, even for a url: query, when URL Inspection says they are indexed successfully?
- Is a quality, duplicate or site-level classification applied to them? For example, could /products/adr13 be clustered with the blog post above as a near-duplicate?
- What should we change so that Bing serves these pages?
Thanks in advance!
