Check the Microsoft Learn Credentials area and the Pearson VUE account used at checkout before attempting another booking; if neither shows an appointment or receipt, contact Pearson VUE to trace the ₹5,740.70 transaction.
1. Check whether the appointment exists
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to schedule the exam.
- Open Profile → Credentials → Certifications and look for a scheduled or upcoming exam.
- Open the linked Pearson VUE dashboard and check:
- Upcoming Appointments
- Receipts
- Order History
- Also check the email account’s Spam/Junk folder.
These checks establish whether the booking completed even though the confirmation email was not delivered.^1^
If an appointment appears, use the appointment details shown there and do not book another slot.
2. If no appointment or receipt appears
Contact Pearson VUE Support for Microsoft exams and ask them to trace the payment and either confirm the appointment or advise how the uncompleted transaction will be handled. Microsoft’s current support guidance assigns exam appointment and scheduling problems to the exam delivery partner.^2^
Provide Pearson VUE with:
- Your name and email used for booking
- Certification/exam name or exam code
- Transaction date and amount: ₹5,740.70
- Payment transaction or authorization reference from the bank
- Last four digits of the payment card
- Screenshot of the debit notification
- Confirmation that no appointment, receipt, or email was received
Do not post the full card number, bank account number, balance, or other financial information publicly. Send supporting evidence only through the secure support case.
3. If Pearson VUE cannot locate the transaction
Open a Microsoft Credentials Support request from the official support page:
- Select Online support request.
- Set Product family to Learning.
- Set Product or Service to Microsoft Credentials.
- Choose the category closest to the exam-booking issue.
- Select Professional No Charge.
- Choose Email as the contact method.
- Include your Learn username, Pearson VUE case number, transaction details, and redacted screenshots.^2^
Microsoft Credentials Support is provided through email rather than phone. Avoid submitting duplicate cases while an existing request remains open.
