We have three company email accounts that are not functioning. Could you please check what is causing the issue?
Can you verify the current status of these three mailboxes in our Microsoft 365 environment?

Is there any security lock or temporary restriction applied to these accounts?

    Hello Nicula Raluca - Vistridor,

Please note that this is a public user-to-user Community forum. I do not have access to your organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, so I cannot directly check the status of the three mailboxes, review security restrictions, or make changes to the accounts. I can only provide troubleshooting guidance based on the information you share and Microsoft’s official documentation.

To better understand the issue, could you please confirm the following?

    • What happens when the affected users try to sign in or access their mailboxes?
    • What is the complete error message or error code displayed?
    • Does the problem occur in Outlook on the web, the Outlook desktop application, or both?
    • Are the users still able to access other Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams or OneDrive?
    • Are all three accounts showing the same error?

If possible, please provide a full screenshot of the error. Before sharing it, hide all email addresses, tenant details, Request IDs, Correlation IDs, IP addresses, and any other personal or organizational information.

Once I have the exact error message and the requested details, I can better understand the issue and provide more relevant guidance.

    Kind regards,
