It's an AMD driver. Try this workaround.
- Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type
msconfigand press Enter to open System Configuration. - Navigate to the Services tab.
- Look for "AMD ACP AFD User Service" in the list.
- Uncheck the box next to it, click Apply, and then OK.
- Restart Windows.
