    Hello Glovert Barriga,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. In this case, please contact Microsoft Support.

    • Type Live chat in the search box.
    • Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below.
    • Go to the Products and services tab, and choose Other products
    • On the Category tab, choose Billing and Account Profile questions
    • Go to Confirm.
    • You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

However, as I checked, the reason only 1 purchase was refundable because the second one got declined. In this case, you should also check with your bank.

    Thank you for your understanding.

For duplicate or unexpected Minecraft charges, start with the account billing tools first:

    1. Open the Manage your payments page in the Microsoft account dashboard and use Investigate for the unrecognized or duplicate charges.
    2. Also review Order history and confirm whether all three charges appear there.
      • If a purchase does not appear in Microsoft Store order history, it was likely made using a non-Microsoft billing platform, and the refund must be handled by the publisher or billing platform used.
    3. For the Minecraft purchase that is listed as eligible, submit the refund request through the Xbox refund page:
      • Select the relevant item
      • Choose Request a refund
      • Enter the reason
      • Select Next and then Submit
    4. Refund requests can take up to 72 hours to process. After submission, check the Refund status tab or Xbox order history.
    5. If online return or refund options are not available for the extra charges, contact Sales support for Microsoft Store purchases.

    Important details:

    • If Microsoft shows the refund as issued but the bank has not posted it yet, refunds are generally applied to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days.
    • If the charges are truly unauthorized, Microsoft recommends using Manage your payments to investigate them.
    • Avoid filing repeated chargebacks with the bank unless necessary, because repeated misuse of chargebacks can be considered fraud.
