    Dear Ernesto,

From your description, the message is most likely being moved or hidden after it arrives. A quick first test is to have your assistant search for one of the missing emails by your name or the subject, with the search scope set to All Mailboxes. The folder where it turns up usually points to the cause. If search doesn't find it, she can check these common causes:

    1. The Other tab, if Focused Inbox is turned on
    2. The Archive, Deleted items, Junk Email folder
    3. File > Manage Rules & Alerts, for any rule that moves messages from you
    4. View > Current View > View Settings > Filter, for any filter that hides certain messages
    5. Sweep or rules set up in Outlook on the web or on her phone, which can also move messages automatically

It's also worth having her sign in to Outlook on the web. If the emails appear there but not in classic Outlook, the issue is with the view settings on her computer rather than with the mailbox.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.
