    Hi kulsoom Mehmood,

I understand how inconvenient it is to have both the camera and touchscreen stop working, especially when you need the camera for online meetings.

Could you share the exact HP laptop model and Windows version? Also, does the camera work in the built-in Camera app, or does it only fail when you join a Zoom meeting?

Please open Device Manager and check whether the camera appears under Cameras and whether HID-compliant touch screen appears under Human Interface Devices. Let me know if either one is missing or has a warning symbol beside it.

You can also check Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates for any available camera, touchscreen, chipset or firmware updates. If none are offered, try installing the latest drivers for your exact laptop model from HP’s official support website, then restart the laptop.

If both devices remain missing or unresponsive afterward, running the built-in HP hardware diagnostics would help determine whether this may be a hardware-related issue.

I hope these checks help narrow down what’s causing the problem.
