Hello,

I am writing to request assistance regarding a missing certification badge on my Microsoft Learn profile. I passed the MO‑211 exam on October 2nd, 2026. The badge is visible on Credly, but it does not appear on my Microsoft Learn profile. 

Could you please help add the badge to my account or advise on the next steps to resolve this issue.

    Exams and Certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile. Until further notice, you will need to manage and share any Certiport credentials separately through your Certiport user account. For help with Certiport account issues, contact Certiport Customer Service.
