Are Global Hackers working Azure?

Hackers are using your base as a cover to hack into my device. Azure appears on my incoming ip's everyday, so if they are hosting they should have the ability to see criminal activity. A list of all the IP's are being sent to the FBI as it is hard to formulate an opion as to why every time my device stalls, crashes, functions under remote manipulation Azure is listed as the host of the IP's coming in the same time as the hacking takes place.
