connection failed between waf and docker

I have 4 vm,docker and wazuh of them in VNet sweden,and waf and thehive of them in VNet spain,I did peering proccess between this VNets.When I tested this peering,ping from waf to wazuh was correct,but ping from waf to docker was not correct,not work.I thought first this is subnet problem,so I changed the subnet of docker,but it doesn't work,please tell me source of problem and resolution
