    Hi, let me help you.

Have you tried checking the default Output settings inside Teams?

Please completely Quit Teams. Restart the laptop and then test the Audio output again.

If Windows sound is working and the Teams open chime plays, the next checks are the Teams speaker selection and Windows output settings.

    1. In Teams, check the speaker device during a meeting:
      • Select the dropdown arrow next to Mic.
      • Select More actions > Audio settings.
      • Under Speaker, make sure the correct device is selected and unmuted.
    2. Check the speaker device before a meeting:
      • In Teams, select Settings and more > Settings.
      • Select Devices.
      • Under Audio settings, make sure the correct speaker is selected from the Speaker dropdown.
      • If available, select Make a test call. The playback confirms whether Teams is using the right output device.
    3. Check Windows speaker output:
      • Open Sound settings.
      • Go to System > Sound.
      • Under Choose where to play sound, select the correct speaker.
      • Make sure the speaker volume is not muted.
      • If the device is missing, use Add device or reconnect it.
    4. If the speaker device does not appear in Teams:
      • Unplug and plug it back in if wired.
      • If Bluetooth, make sure it is charged and not connected to another device, then reconnect it.
    5. If using Remote Desktop:
      • Open Remote Desktop Connection.
      • Go to Local Resources.
      • Under Remote audio, select Settings.
      • Set Remote audio playback to Play on this computer.
      • Set Remote audio recording to Record from this computer.
    6. Make sure Teams and the operating system are up to date.
