    Hi @Juan Carlos Valenzuela

I understand how frustrating it is to request a callback and not receive the call as expected.

Based on the screenshot, the support request is still marked as Active. However, the page does not show a confirmed callback time, and callback availability may vary. Please also check the Request history, your missed calls, and whether calls from unknown or international numbers are being blocked.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

If the callback has still not arrived, please contact Microsoft Support through live chat:

    • Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
    • Select Show expanded list of products.
    • Select Outlook > Get Home support.
    • Enter Outlook live chat, then select Get Help > Contact Support.
    • Sign in with the affected account. If this is not possible, use another Microsoft account to view the available support options.
    • Under Ask our Support Assistant, type Talk to live chat agent, then select Contact Support.
    • Under Products & Services, select Other Products > Outlook, then choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

Once connected, provide the existing request number and explain that the callback is still pending. Microsoft’s support page confirms that live chat may be available after selecting the relevant product and support options.

    Thank you for your understanding.
