Microsoft for Startups business verification failed; Program Support unavailable

My Microsoft for Startups business verification failed for Engle Mineral Intelligence LLC.

I am using the new Azure Portal experience. My startup currently shows the initial $200 Azure credit, but the portal says it could not verify my startup, so I cannot progress to the $5,000 business-verified milestone.

The documented Your Microsoft Team / Get program support option is not available in my portal, and the general Azure Help + Support flow does not allow me to submit a startup business-verification request.

Engle Mineral Intelligence LLC is a legally registered Florida LLC. I can provide privately the Florida registration, EIN confirmation, registered business address, domain ownership, founder information, and a screenshot of the verification failure.

Could a Microsoft moderator please route my existing startup profile to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification for manual review or reopen the verification?

I do not want to create a duplicate startup application.

Thank you, Taz. I followed the Microsoft-documented Program Support link, but it redirects me back to the same Microsoft for Startups Preview page. The “Your Microsoft Team” and “Get program support” options are not present.

One detail that may be relevant: my Microsoft for Startups enrollment is currently associated with a Microsoft account using my personal Gmail address. That account shows $200 of $150,000 in credits unlocked, but “Check verification status” returns “We couldn’t verify your startup.”

Engle Mineral Intelligence LLC also has a separate Microsoft 365 business tenant and business account at ******@engleminerals.com. When I access Microsoft for Startups using that business account, Microsoft states that the account cannot be used for Microsoft for Startups credits.

Could the difference between the personal Microsoft account used for the original Startups enrollment and the company's Microsoft 365 business account be contributing to the verification failure?

If so, could you please advise how I should associate or verify the existing Engle Mineral Intelligence LLC application with the correct business identity without creating a duplicate startup application?

I can provide the verification-failure screenshot, LLC registration documentation, EIN information, company domain, and any other information required through an appropriate secure channel.

    Thank you, Joe Engle

    Hi Joe,

Business verification is handled by Microsoft for Startups Program Support, not standard Azure technical support. Microsoft specifically lists business/domain verification and level-up verification as Program Support issues.

Since the Your Microsoft Team → Get program support option is missing from your portal, use the Microsoft-documented Program Support link directly:

    https://aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal

Microsoft also states that a declined application can be reapplied for after 14 days.

Provide the startup name, the verification-failure screenshot, and your registration/EIN details through the secure support channel. There is no need to create a duplicate startup application.
