Hi Microsoft,

I have being changed to my business account of €179.04 order details below. I would like to cancel this order please. Can you assist with this request please.

The Microsoft 365 admin center can only be accessed using a business account with the appropriate administrative permissions.

Your organization's Microsoft 365 account typically uses a default domain with the following format: ******@companyname.onmicrosoft.com.

If you have forgotten your business account information, you can try searching your mailbox for relevant emails using the keyword “.onmicrosoft.com” to check whether your account information was mentioned in any previous emails.

If you are still unable to find the account, please let me know. I will continue to assist you.

What subscription do you want to cancel? Is this a Personal or a Business subscription.

Please, note that Microsoft 365 Personal, Family or premium subscriptions are all Personal subscriptions. Admin center can only be accessed with a Business account.

To cancel the subscription for your account, you need to use an account with the Global Administrator role to access the Microsoft 365 admin center and cancel the subscription by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com.

Step 2: Select Billing > Your products, and then select the subscription you want to cancel.

Step 3: On the subscription details page, select Cancel subscription to proceed with the cancellation.
