    Hi David,

    For Azure account, billing, or subscription changes, the best way to reach a human is through Azure Support rather than posting your phone number publicly.

    Go to Azure Portal → Help + support → Create a support request. Azure provides support for subscription management and billing without requiring a paid support plan. You can select Phone as the preferred contact method where available.

    You can also use the Azure support options page if you cannot access the portal.
