    Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for reaching out. The current PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED error may be related to the Code Integrity component in Windows, which validates the digital signature of drivers before they are loaded into memory.

    Suggested Troubleshooting Steps

    1. Check whether the following file exists: C:\Windows\System32\CodeIntegrity\BootCat.cache
    2. If the file is present, rename it to: BootCat.old
    3. Reboot the server and verify whether the issue still occurs.
    4. If the problem persists, compare the contents of the following folder with a known-good system that:
      • Is running the same Windows version and patch level.
      • Has similar drivers installed.
    5. Copy only the missing files from the healthy machine to the corresponding Catroot folder on the affected machine. *Important: Do not overwrite any existing files. Only add files that are missing.
    6. After the missing files have been copied, reboot the affected machine and check whether the issue is resolved.

Please let me know if any further clarification is required. Thanks!
