Accessing Outlook on the web for business using organizational credentials.
Hi @Steven Alterio ,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on the information you provided, your account currently does not have a mailbox.
To resolve this issue, please contact your administrator and ask them to perform the following steps:
Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com
Step 2: Click Users > Active users > select your account name
Step 3: Click Licenses and apps, then remove the current license. After about 5 minutes, assign the license again.
After that, please wait an additional 5 minutes and check whether the mailbox has been activated.
Step 4: Click on Apps under Licenses and apps > locate Exchange Online
- If it is not selected, please check the box to enable it
- If it is already selected, uncheck it, wait about 5 minutes, then check it again and verify whether you can use Outlook
If the issue is still not resolved, please ask your administrator to contact Microsoft technical support so they can investigate the issue further at the system level.
