To type the euro (€) sign in Outlook on desktop Windows 11, use the correct Alt code on the numeric keypad:
- Make sure Num Lock is turned on.
- Hold down the Alt key.
- On the numeric keypad, type 0128 (not 1028).
- Release the Alt key; the euro symbol (€) will appear.
This works in Outlook and other apps that accept standard Windows Alt codes.
