How to disconnect a microsoft account from a playstation account you dont have access to

Hello I can access the psn account but not the Microsoft one and my problem lies with the fact that when I have tried to create a new psn account and sign in using a new email the website says I’m signed in yet does not say it on Minecraft

You can’t disconnect a Microsoft account from a PlayStation account if you no longer have access to the original PSN account it was linked to. When Minecraft is first signed in on PlayStation, the Microsoft account becomes permanently linked to that specific PSN account, and neither Microsoft nor Sony can manually remove or reveal that link.

Your only options are:

• Sign in to the original PSN account and unlink it from Minecraft > Settings > Account.
• Use a different Microsoft account on your current PlayStation.
• Create and use a new PSN account to link your Microsoft account.

Uninstalling the game, changing consoles, or contacting support will not bypass this restriction.
