if this issue is persisting for you until now, what worked for me is going to Settings > Apps > Default Apps > then searching up MS-SCREENCLIP, and setting the default app to screen snipping instead of snipping tool, its basically the same thing as snipping tool, but it just fixes the bug.
There are two copies of the screenshot in the clipboard.
I think my Snipping Tool is conflicting with the Windows system. Most of the screenshots I take with the Snipping Tool (PrtSc or Win + Shift + S) end up with two copies in the clipboard. When I uninstall the Snipping Tool, this doesn’t happen. But I want to use the Snipping Tool because it has some image editing features right after capturing, as well as some AI features. How can I fix this without uninstalling the Snipping Tool? (I’ve already tried resetting, uninstalling, and reinstalling.)

The image is duplicated in the clipboard:

Try Disable App-Level Auto-Copy:
Open the Snipping Tool > Settings > Under the "Snipping" section, toggle OFF "Automatically copy changes to clipboard.
