Cannot install Microsoft Teams on MAC OS 15.6.1

Microsoft Teams sends a verification code that the Teams app itself won't accept when trying to run on macOS 15.6.1.

I have a free account and my only support option appears to be posting in Q&A forums with no guarantee of getting help from Microsoft staff.

Also, try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser to request a new code. If the issue persists, you might want to try signing in through the Teams web app to see if that works.
    If those steps don't resolve it, the next thing to try is completely clearing the Teams cache files on your Mac, and then doing a clean reinstall of the application.
