Trying to implement ARC browser features to Edge.
when i close it all my pinned tabs goes away ive been trying to set it but all the tabs just go away when i quite, tried over 5 times already for over 15 mins

Open the Microsoft Edge settings and select "Start, home and new tabs" on the left. Make sure you selected "Open tabs from the previous session".
This way, pinned tabs on Microsoft Edge will be kept when closing the browser.
