I am experiencing issues completing the verifiable credentials process for my Artifact Signing account. The verification process cannot be finalized, and the case details suggest a conflict during final submission from the phone.

Trusted Signing - Preview in Azure; Scenario: initial account setup / identity validation for an Artifact Signing account; Subscription type: Standard; specific region is East-Us.
