HEIC to JPEG App Not Working

HEIC to JPEG app purchased on the Microsoft store (order # 6552002540, 01/31/2025) will momentarily open and then close. This started to happen after the latest update to the app.
I attempted to fix the problem fixing, resetting and deleting and reinstalling the app, but still have the same problem.
Widows 11 has all the latest updates. What can be done to get this app working again?
