When after installing Microsoft phone connect I went to my phone and found new groups of games and search bar that I did not install. I cannot uninstall. Help please.

    Hello Keith H,

    Before disabling anything, could you confirm which app you installed and what phone you use? A screenshot of the unwanted games and search bar would also help. Please hide any personal details.

    We haven’t yet confirmed whether these are shortcuts, installed apps, or part of a changed home screen.

    The games and search bar that you don’t like are just shortcuts within the promotion system. Therefore, they are not malware. However, since they cannot be uninstalled normally you will need to go into the application settings. From here find either "Link to Windows" or "Glance," and click disable. Thanks!
