Hello, i would like to reopen this case of mine. I have not yet replied to the follow up email because i got busy with work and now i am free to do anything to prove my proof of ownership of this account. please reply to me as soon as possible. i cannot access my onedrive, my xbox account and my minecraft game and account.

Update: I recovered my account but i cannot open my onedrive because i cannot access the email that was used to hack my microsoft account.

and my xbox got deleted as well

Not sure I understand. If you have actually regained control of the account, you should be able to:

Change the Account email aliases at: https://account.live.com/names/manage

Manage the email address where Microsoft sends verification emails to at: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Can you not logon to the account and reach these pages?

Hello. Sorry for the confusion

I still can't access my one drive because it needs this certain email which i do not have any access to nor have any connection to it. It keeps sending to this email

I changed the password twice now and it keeps saying that it is incorrect even though i just recently changed it. I also tried the code thing but it keeps failing as well. I am stumped on what to do.

There is also the case of my security settings that you provided which is https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional and there is nothing there but my email.

and i am currently trying to recover my minecraft account as well via XBOX gaming recovery. I hope this clears up some things and will help you guys help me recovering my account :)

Normally, your Microsoft account, which you can access, is the same account used for OneDrive. OneDrive is just a service associated with your Microsoft account. So I'm still confused.

On the OneDrive Sign-In Screen, is the Gmail address shown at the very top (right above "Verify your email") the same Microsoft account you recovered and are using to reach https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional ?

Don't post the full addresses here. Just tell me if they are the same?
